I have to quote on printing this file, not sure how to separate it.

I don't know what color garment, or how many colors you want to keep it at, but for the closest reproduction here is how I would do it.  8 colors on white, or 9 colors on dark.

Halftones in the Dark Brown, and Spot White to make up the shading.

Pantone colors may want to change because I didn't have a book for reference.
