we have like 6 of them, almost all of them arrived broken, and the company doesn't care. buyer beware.

I must've got lucky on the 3 I bought.
-
every single one broke in the same spot to, just as we were tightening the bolt!
-
This is what I'm scared of. No reputable screen supply companies sell them?

Bakers racks made to hold the pan sideways fit 25" screens perfectly.
Ours are fully welded to boot.

We have 8 of these, not a single issue. Love them!

We also use baker racks from the local restuarant supply store. Took one rack, cut the cross supports and screwed in metal tubing to widen it to fit our 23x31's. Works like a champ. The best; however, I think are the racks whose trays/holders are not metal, but that pvc like plastic material. I think lower possibility for nicks on the mesh

Yup, I ordered an eBay special and sure enough one of the wheels won't screw into the bottom of the rack. They are sending a replacement

Douthitt Corporation in Detroit, Michigan manufactures the most heavy duty screen racks. All aluminum construction BUT the problem is not at the price of the cheap racks. if interested call Mark Diehl at 313 515 8635
