Looks like a squished and slightly altered version of Hemi Head Regular:  https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typodermic/hemi-head/regular/ (https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typodermic/hemi-head/regular/)

For the most part its the Dodge automobiles font.

Tried that one but upper/lower case don't match up

You might have to play around with the H but the rest is the same just squashed.
