Title: Looking for input from the TSB...
Post by: spotcolorsupply on July 25, 2016, 09:54:23 AM
Hello TSB...

Its been a while since ive posted (Always lurking though  :-X), but I was hoping you guys could help us out.

I have been working to make it easier for our customers to place orders for restretch frames through our site.

We came up with a simple form, and removed the ability to actually buy restretch frames from our site.

Why wouldn't we want you to buy them on our site..???

Now it is 3 simple steps. 8)

1. Fill out our Restretch frame order form.
2. Print and submit the form (Submiting the form sends a copy to you, and our restretch department).
3. Include the form with your frames when you ship them.

When we receive your frames someone (probably Scott) will call and discuss the details and payment.

I put together a quick video to explain the process...

Here is a link to the landing page...

So, what do you guys/gals think??

I've done business with Brannon and Scot since they started up. While a bit informal, its always been professional and efficient. Any improvement would be welcome. We'll be talking soon.

Simple.  I like it.
That form could easily be altered to be drop down menus, which could save some time for some people.
Two lines, one for quantity and one for what mesh they want.   Include a couple of those lines for people wanting various.

This is great! Prevuiosly when I sent my frames back to you guys I would write out my own form and then email it over to you. So this will definitely save me some time.

I do like Kingscreens idea for putting drop down menus in there. You could also include a selection for frame size as well.

Talk about informal, now I feel bad. I'd ship you guys a few boxes of frames and then Scott would email me to let me know they showed up and I'd email him what I wanted done to them. MY baaaaad, lol. Anything we can do to make you guys have it more focused on the screens and not holding our hands is a GOOD idea I think! The re stretches from you guys are awesome, as well as the service!

I know you prefer the mesh be left on, is it a problem if the mesh was ripped out?

No problem at all...

I figure it saves everyone a bit of time if it is left in tact, but ill take them either way...  ;)

For established customers, like you, we can keep rolling just like we have been.

The form is mostly for new customers, and anyone who thinks it is more convenient.

We try to be flexible in our own informal way...  8)
