Post by: Prosperi-Tees on August 09, 2016, 02:47:48 PM
Would a low bleed white ink work well on black Red Kap 65% poly 35% cotton?

Don't know the specific shirt, but have always had good luck with any black 50/50 (though, of course, this is a little more poly)
Unlike a color like red, if and when black bleeds, it seems to me to be kinda "neutral", and not offensive.

If you can, try one first.

we had AWFUL luck with these.

the issue was that they went to a vat dye process...

using a gray blocker underbase fixed our issues.

we did:

double stroke of gray blocker (wilflex performance)
white bravo flex (just to make sure we trapped anything left)
then colors.

if you have some plasticizer (wilflex calls it viscosity buster), put it on a rag and wipe a inconspicious place of the shirt and see if the dye transfers...
