We have some old hard cci pfxhv emulsion (50% solid) . Is there any emulsifier and reducer to correct this other than water? If we add water its not reduce. How much we wait after adding water.?
-
Hard, or just a little thicker than when new?
If you can't even stir in the water (sounds like you added it on top and it just sits there) I think that it's a lost cause.
You have a problem with heat where you are, right?
-
its thick like a soft rubber . We add little water in bucket and stir . Can i little wait and then stir? I am located in karachi pakistan.
-
If it is stirrable, it should be able to eventually mix with the water, and indeed thin down.
Whether this particular batch will ever be viable may be another question, but it seems you have little to lose with trying.
-
My question is that after add water can i wait one or two hour than stir?
-
As far as I know, you could wait a week.
When in doubt, talk to a tech whenever possible.

Although I echo your sentiment, our friend is in Indonesia and seems to have a little tougher time getting supplies. (and getting them unaffected by traveling in shipping containers that get too hot)
-
sometimes the hardest part about this business is getting the supplies in the door to even print a shirt.
-
If you would like the name of our dealer in Indonesia please p.m. me and I'll send you his info. They also sell supplies.

I may need to apologize as he may actually be in Karachi, Pakistan, and I am confusing him with another member. :(

That changes things a bit.
No worries, just trying to help!
