I have a guy requesting 250-1,000 paper bags printed with a 1 color print
Easy, I know.  But we don't want to take it on.  Looking for someone to refer him to.

Is screen printing the way these are done commercially?

I remember years ago someone freaking out when I quoted a price that was the same as printing a shirt.
A $.65 print on an $.08 bag sometimes rubs folks the wrong way.
