Hello, just about to swap over to the Synergy base from the stock Wilflex 15000PFB base. The synergy is much white/brighter. Does anyone know which base in the IMS software to use?
Using Wilflex Epic Equalizer system.
I left a voicemail just a couple of minutes ago with Synergy and have an email in to Joe. Just in case there is a delay in response I figured I'd ask here anyway. Thanks.

I used the "Amazing" base formulas. The only adjustment I saw was on the "Center Page" chips, the Synergy base was clearer. Thus hit the color easier. Happy to answer more questions if needed.

Thank you

Chris, I contacted several end users to get you the best answer to your question. Dave Fillip of Bimm Ridder has been using NexGen Base exclusively for two years without any problems. In fact he claims NexGen to be superior in color and printability in all cases. Dave uses the "Amazing Base" as their default.

Thank you, we will set the IMS software to the amazing base. There's at least 10 bases in the software so wasn't sure which one it was equivalent to. Thanks.
