Title: Convert I-Image PRT file back to PS
Post by: Perrin_IT on October 14, 2016, 03:08:09 PM
Hey All,

New to the forum. Our art department wants to be able to see how our I-Image renders halftones prior to making screens. It's not cost-effective to make the same screens over and over while dialing in curves and half tones for gradient rich designs. Does anyone have any idea how to take the .prt file that I-Image creates and turn it back into anything renderable by a computer—jpg, ai, eps, anything?

Alternatively, do you have a different process to proof your halftones prior to sending them to the printer?

Thanks in advance!
