Title: Glue on inside of garment
Post by: Rockers on November 06, 2016, 07:02:19 PM
Is there an easy or simple way to remove pallet glue from the inside of a garment.

just a few spots of lint/glue come off on the inside of the shirt? Try spot cleaning fluid, don't blast it, just wet the area and then peel it off. A little talc is good to have on hand to get rid of the rest of the tackiness.

This just came up recently. For that member, talc wasn't a good option becase it was black fleece.
Besides dabbing and rubbing with spotting liquid, (use gloves), someone also suggested tape.

We can usually get it off with packing tape.  It helps to run the shirt back through the dryer and apply the tape while the fabric/glue is still hot.

Our girls took care of this while I was posting here. Well they managed to make the garment look like new. Thanks everyone.
