The customer wanted something glittery... and like the doofuses I've trained them to be, the office help said, "sure. We print glittery ink."
"Glittery" would be a plus...but these just have to go out the door before Thanksgiving. So screw the glitter. ::)
My goal is to get "close enough" with 5 or 6 screens. The tees are black cotton G5000's and would discharge, but I'd rather do plastisol.
I ran a couple of Simulated Process Seps (UltraSeps) and got a reasonable facsimile but maybe there is a better way. (I've got an 8 color Gauntlet and a 6 color manual.)
Thanks in advance for any possible help!!

I would print it in sim process and then print crystalina over the design.

exact same here. I just did this yesterday. works great.

I'm not sure how to do that, but I'll look into it.
Thanks!

print all your colors flash at the end if you want need to, then over print the entire design with the crystalina 80 mesh or so.

I have a gallon of premixed Crystalina on the way. Should be here Monday.
My supplier suggested 40 mesh. (Which I do have, actually.) Is 40 mesh overkill?

Stan, is your google broken again? ;)
Lon has a nice vid showing this... Looks cool... Might need to try it out!

No, but it's very very VERY SLOOOOOOOOOW and drips constantly. ::) Maybe there is a pill, or um.... nevermind.
I'll check Youtube (Graphite Elements or something like that) and see what I can see!

40 is what's up. They say 80 but we've had way better results with 40.

Thanks for all the responses.
