Title: Shout out to M&R service

Just figured I'd give M&R some praise for helping with an issue yesterday. Had a huge power surge at our place that blew up my Red Chili (killed the control panel and all relays). 15 minutes on the phone diagnosing the problem, ordering parts and getting them overnighted, and I'm back up running this afternoon!

Yeah it was bad. One of the other utilities companies in town hit a Georgia Power feed and caused a huge spike all across my end of town. Blew meters right out of the walls, killed machinery at a few other plants that are close.  Not a cheap mistake.

We've had that happen to often, and I feel like taking them the bill when I have to replace parts from there screw up.

I think the utility company is liable, or possibly building insurance might cover.
