Title: Black cinch bag printed with 2 colors...
Post by: siestasol on December 02, 2016, 11:47:04 AM
Hey Guys..,
Anyone can give me some ideas how I can handle? It's a black cinch bag printed with white and red?
In the past, we have printed some blacks bags, with athletic white from Union, with little puff additive. But now, its no way possible to do some flashing...
Thanks in advance.
Al.

When We try before, shrinkage was a nightmare... with tight colors.

how about pre-shrinking?
Also, using low temp cure inks or additives and reducing flash could only help. Good stickum also.

Otherwise, how about transfers?

one stroke ELT ink, 225 mesh thin deposrit, pre heat pallets thoroughly, have some watch as they come around first 2 rounds to watch for shrinkage ... once dialed in do not stop until order completed

we did some of these and we found the printed wet on wet very well.  Print darkest to lightest and go from there.
