Title: which emulsion?

We have been having issues with our current emulsion breaking and contaminating our discharge ink...blockage.
We do a heavy post expose and harden, however on larger runs, typically 1000 and up, we are constantly stopping to wipe the squeegee side of the screen..

Any suggestions?

we really like the Saati PHU2. we reguarly do larger runs of 1k + with no breakdowns, as long as it's post exposed properly.

Xenon Nova with diazo.  Shoot, develop, print.  Proven.  $52 per gallon.
