We are running a 2000 piece Hsa job in a couple of days - 1 grey 2 whites on a 60 /40 blend ... is a flattening screen a good idea...Love it with plastisol
-
Probably not necessary with HSA, that stuff has the best matt down of any ink. I don't even know
if it would work, it doesn't seem to have that compressible quality that plastisol does.
Are you putting both whites under the grey?
-
You can use it.
You see moderate results. But it does improve matte down.
Used it on Matsui 301 Stretch White.

cool -thank you -- i agree though, ive never seen plastisol look as good.

I have a client wanting to try this. They have a Workhorse 3011 Quartz dryer. Thoughts?
-
i wouldn't try it w a quartz dryer personally... but you you can buy a low cure additive. im about to buy a bigger dryer / more chamber, just so we can handle this ink properly
