Wish I lived in Ohio... never thought I'd hear myself say that lol. Whoever you hire is going to be one lucky dog. All that cool artwork you guys do looks like it'd be lots of fun. Best of luck!
Oh, it's not that glamorous. We do more sim process than your average shop and do take our time doing it. But just like the rest, most of our work is regular one, two, three color stuff. It is still hard work, but the environment is good and everybody is pretty friendly.

With the week I'm having, I'm tempted to sell my shop, move east of the Cuyahoga, and let you have all the headaches Pierre. ;D
Seriously though, if I hear of anyone looking, I'll send them over to you.

actually, I am very new to this industry. It has been just over three years since I started printing, so I really do not know ppl around here. Also since we are a small shop, most printers in town have not heard of us yet. The word is getting out slowly, but not enough to have a line of ppl trying to get in with us (unlike some other printers in town).

If I do not have a job I have, that would be tempting.
And I wish that you are a bit closer, driving all the way across the town would be a bummer.
Good luck.

MHM 8/10 auto and a small American Phoenix dryer. Should be buying a new dryer some time next year and then we'll be about state of the art as you can be in a screnprinting shop.

BTW, if someone is interested, the shop is really nice and clean. Press is awesome and Pierre is a great guy (when he forgets the whip in the office :) )

Pierre,
Good luck finding someone. It took me 3 months to find someone that can clean screens to my standards. They still need to get faster but the screens are perfect. I wish the people with experience were good. I had one guy come in and was worthless took 5 hours to clean 20 screens and then I had to go back and spend an hour cleaning all the ink off the frames and spots out of the screens. I don't think I will hire anyone with experience again. I wish I had more help for you.
