Title: How would you print this?

I have a customer that wants 1000 shirts with the attached design.  I am unsure how I would get this done only having a 6 color press.  The purple shirt poses another issue as well.

If the shirt was black,  I was thinking dc underbase with a 4 color process top, and a highlight white.

Would there be any way this could work on purple? Or does anyone know of a different method? Do I need to outsource this?

I should have given you the longer answer.

You could send it to Dan to quote.  He might tell you right off the bat it's not going to translate well.  In which case he can sep it for Pierre, those 2 are a great team.

or a DTG project, but not every shirt can be printed that way I think

Noticed one thing. The caption on the picture reads "the enchanted forest AND firebird". The back of the shirt reads "the enchanted forest THE firebird" Might want to double check your customers wishes.

Thank you for catching that.  I know they are finalizing the art now, so Ill check with them on this. 

Also it looks like I am getting sorted out on help for this one.  Thanks for all of the offers.
