We use Find My Font:

It's worth the money, no doubt about it.  I bought 2 copies for here.

Most of the time it works perfect, sometimes it can't figure it out.  I wold say it's 95% accurate.

Hey Darryl, I have that (Medium, Semi-bold, and Bold) if you need me to set some type and convert to vector for you...

The best $50 bucks you'll ever spend. Saves hours looking for fonts. I haven't come across too many it hasn't been able to identify.
One thing I like is that it checks your fonts installed on your computer as well.
All round time saver.
