Title: secret to cleaning shirts that come in with dirt spots?

due to the manufacturer not properly taping the boxes shut.  i have a bunch of these shirts and need to clean them quick. 
Anybody have industry secrets?

Take pics, send to supplier, demand replacements overnight shipped.... Done

  Happened to me just recently... One pic, replacements here the next day. That looks
amazingly like the same stains I had but the box I got was sealed well.

Yup, agree with above.  Contact supplier for replacement.

I don't think even TIDE will take out dirty warehouse floor dust ;)

We have tried in the past but could not get them clean.
