Title: Nuarc 3140 Keypad Alignment
Post by: scrubz on March 18, 2017, 02:25:40 PM: Would anyone know if you can adjust the key pad on my Nuarc 3140? When I need to press say a number 3, I have to go almost to the number under it and press that, to hit the 3 above...the same with every key on the control pad. Is there a function to calibrate in the service area, and if so, I need a password. Any help is appreciated.

How old is the unit? Could you send me the serial number off of the HMI (display)?

I purchased this unit used last year, is maybe 3 or 4yrs old.

its 6 years old and according to the manufacturer of the HMI cannot be reconfigured.

Post by: mt_signex on March 20, 2017, 10:37:49 PM: Mine is the same way, as others have said you get used to it. I did make some presets which help since you don't have to try to enter 3 digits each time.
