Title: Ryonet Offers New Sgreen Ink Degrader Recirculation System
Post by: Deborah Sexton on March 30, 2017, 10:22:21 PM
It’s a win-win when you can decrease the amount of chemicals that go down the drain and reuse products so you do not have to buy as much. The new Ryonet Sgreen Ink Degrader Recirculation System accomplishes both of these goals.

A 30-gallon tank with separators is filled with ink degrader. A bristled flow-through brush is connected to the tank and using a standard air connector and (what size?) compressor, cleaner is dispensed from the brush onto what is being cleaned. Underneath the sink, a hose connects the drain to the tank collecting used chemicals and ink.

The used cleaner is filtered through a 75-micron filter and is collected in a separate compartment ready to be reused. The unit can reclaim up to 15 gallons at time, ensuring a constant supply is ready even during constant use.

The system, hooked up to a washout sink, can be used to clean ink from squeegees, flood bars, screens, spatulas and buckets. The dimensions are 21 inches wide by 33 inches long and 20 inches high. The operating pressure ranges between 20 and 100 PSI. The air compressor is not included.
