Your threads are so pointless. You dont even return to answer questions. This message board is like facebook for you.

That is an awesome way to start your presence on a board. Especially when it's your first post.

I know your not running whites on the crimson. But yes some colors will discharge with the pigment dyes but that's the problem they are very inconsistent from dye lot to dye lot but since most printers run plastisol they are more reddily available fro main stream suppliers. We stick to all reactive dyes and have eliminates ALOT of issues. Please explain your results and the ups and downs associated with your testing we could all benefit from that info. also I'm hoping you wouldn't have ran a licensed design for testing and can post photos for our viewing pleasure. Also have you created a chart outlining all the colors tested and the results on each color. Also what discharge ink system and base did you get successful results with. please include dryer temps, screen mesh and all that. thanks

Nooooo white DC on Crimson is right!!!! Developing a limited pallette of opaque DCs. Its hard to get sales/art to wrap their minds around it so its on hold for now.

They are not interested in results on pigment dyes/ That's the whole reason we don't run them... bad results. I would think they would be buying you a Trophy
