I just did a order of 6 frames to try them out. They have their own mesh. I am just wondering if anyone uses them.
Thanks,
Jon

Wow that hurts :o :o :o

Sonny, don't get your feelings hurt too easily :)

Sonny,
Hey I have to check out all my options. I like your screens they are really good and I still have all of them with good tention. CCI is only 5 hours from me so shipping would be alot less. Plus the rep will deliver for free when he comes to Arizona. I use almost all CCI products. I hope I didn't hurt you too much. I am also trying their Discharge white. After everything I have heard and the Price, its a no brainer to give it a shot.

Don't try their Enviroline Plastisol cleaner. Or do, whatever. It sucks though.

I have tried that Enviroline Soybean stuff. It takes way too long to break down the ink.

Relegated to fixture and floor cleaning.

Ok lets get back to frames....We could talk for days on CCI products. They have hundreds on their website.

You're a MHMer right?
I could never see anything but Newman rollers on an MHM.
Measuring and screwing in cups? Ah hell nah.
Thursday I'll be at a shop that has literally hundreds of Newmans
with the pins on them. I'll see if they have any 23x31's, though
I'm pretty sure they're all 25x36.
Sorry, I know it's not CCI but that's my 2 cents. Most everything
else they make is great though.

EB, c'mon man, there no measuring to set the busings on screens if you have the MHM jig, it even has hardened steel pilot holes for the drill, it's real hard to mess up. Kind of like the FPU, without it, lining up films would be "challenging"
-
I have about 800 bushings. Drilling the holes are easy. If you buy your screens from sonny he will even drill them for you.
-
Are they drilled straight? ;D
I've also used screens from Rhino/GM, and those are pretty good too.
-
Sonny drilled them perfect. (like he's doing the drilling)

Fabulous!!!!!!

Oh but the Newman pins are a thing of beauty. Really, they are.
-
And I agree with you, about the pins. I got a box full of them, I can cut you a "smokin deal" for them...all for M3's, most never used.
-
Sgueegee,
What screens do you use?
-
I got the screens in this last week and they are done very good. The glue on them is the soft kind and they do a really smooth job with it. No mesh showing on the edges to start coming up. They also mark the mesh under the glue with a large stamp so it is really easy to see and will not come off. The tension was a little lower then I like but they are fixing that. The frames are nice and heavy not the thin light ones that you see sometimes. If they get the tension up on my next batch 5 newtons I will be very happy until I make the next step.
