The real answer is don't do it, and it looks like that where we are headed, but I'll ask anyway. What is the best method (if there is one) of print on these beasts. A 2XL looks like a small before you put it on.
We do have a client requesting these. He's 6' 8"-ish tall, pushing 275-ish lbs plus. The overall order is standard stuff but he want's a few compression shirts (for appearance's and trade shows I would imagine).
2 color print w/UB.

Give One Stroke a call.
They have amazing poly inks with really good stretch properties, also low cure.
Otherwise, Silicone works great or HSA with a barrier black underbase for bad bleeders.

i always give a warning to them many times verbally and on mock and invoice.
We use union inks and we do put the stretch additive in and we have been ok..
we print them on our biggest pallet so they are stretched, so when the customer wears it and their body stretches it the print looks normal.

The set up, inks etc. would be different as already stated to do it right. so the real question is all that worth a couple shirts. time and liability have value
