Customer is asking for this to be printed, I said no without hesitation. Thoughts please.

I agree, maybe it would be ok, but the risk isn't worth it.

I have a local printer that is printing collegiate shirts and I know for a fact they have no licencing for them. It burns me up but I'll let karma take care of it. That has become a hefty fine!

It depends.
(you want MickeyTM on a shirt for your family vacation on a Disney cruise line? uh, no. you want it for 24 shirts for a local grunge concert - yeah maybe.)

I'm shocked at the stuff I see on Instagram.

I'll skirt the line for small orders that are very unlikely to get out, but I certainly don't use those prints for advertising (and usually tell the customer the same!)
