Title: What print order should I use?

Design is attached. Trying to figure out what mesh type and what order to print in. Off the top of my head I'm thinking:

Head 1: Synergy Black - 305
Head 2: White base - 150-S
Head 3: Flash
Head 4: Cool
Head 5: 430 Grey - 305
Head 6: Highlight white - 225-S

As always, any help is appreciated.

I would print in the order you've came up with but use a 225s for the black unless Synergy black clears a 305 with ease.

Whenever I see black being printed wet on wet then flashed more than once, I always want to know shirt color (fibrillation related questions) and fabric content (for knowledge of how fast that shirt will start smoking under heat.)

Other than that, I may put the black before the grey - for flashing purposes.  And, like Doug said, drop the mesh count so you get better saturation and fiber trap with a wet on wet print.

Shirts are 64000 Gildan Softstyle and the color is Dark Heather.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what the best practice is for putting black down first. Wasn't sure if 305 was a better call to minimize pickup on the white screen. I'm trying to get this printed with just 1 flash ideally.

Interesting..I would run it this way  70/90/70 blades

GREY-230
BLACK-230
HIGHLITE-200

2 FLASH WAY
BASE-160
F

Might want to consider a 280/305 for the gray
