I had this once but lost the artwork and can't find the font. 

Anyone?

Some say it's supposed to be a Colossalias font, but does not match any of the Colossalias fonts I have.

URW Garamond Wide Bold Oblique   ...   is what the font site told me

They have a Branding guide,  http://www.hqmc.marines.mil/Portals/134/Docs/CCM%20Docs/MCRC/MC%20Brand%20Guide/USMC_brand_guide2009.pdf (http://www.hqmc.marines.mil/Portals/134/Docs/CCM%20Docs/MCRC/MC%20Brand%20Guide/USMC_brand_guide2009.pdf)   looks like it's called Indispose, with directions to purchase, and they have a special Marine package.

Bob,
Thanks for pointing to the Garamond series.  I have about 60 different ones, but not that one.  I can come real close using Garamond ITC Black Bold and that's probably going to be okay.  This is for just a few shirts for my son, he's a CWO4, now in reserves.

I actually saw this and downloaded it yesterday, but looked like everything was more serif type and caps.  I have seen the Marine like I posted on a shirt site somewhere and liked it.  The sad part is I found a film that I had printed out a couple of years back that was on the post, but never could find the artwork behind it.

Okay, now you know what my poor wife goes through every day. My crazy mind took "Minions" as a new product name for packaged minced onions.

It was Minion with about a 1.5 Contour.
