I do everything in photoshop then ultra seps and accurip.
I have a new laptop with windows 10 that is also touchscreen.
My question is. Can I use a pen and utilize the touchscreen feature of the laptop within photoshop? Instead of doing everything with the mouse as I have always done?

I've been using a pen/tablet since the early 90's......no one that works in tech services ever even saw my 1st tablet when I sent them a picture of it a few years ago.
Anyway,......you can do anything with a pen that you do with a mouse. I haven't used a mouse for decades.
It's really got nothing to do with a touchscreen.
Use the tablet. Way better response time and accuracy......and you won't get arm fatigue keeping your arm in position to reach the screen.

Oh wait a minute, you're probably talking about the pen that comes with a touchscreen, huh?
In that case, I have no idea. I only use Wacom
