Rally towels are usually for waving; we have a order going right now where they brought one in from an ASI supplier, and it was printed in plastisol. For golf towels, plastisol is OK, but for making contact with skin, WB. That being said, I'd to try that new Watercolor plastisol from One-Stroke on a towel and see how it works...

We ran 1,200 yesterday with single pass Soft Base plastisol.  No difference in feel from WB.
They were Orange towels, Maroon ink.

If you don't mind me asking, what mesh are you running to get some penetration, but still have a good hand?

155.  Opaque, and nearly no hand at all.
Just So Soft additive from WM Plastics is the secret.
