Title: How to get rid of rotten egg smell in well water?

Relaxing at the in-laws place in Florida. They're on well water and it has that rotten egg smell.
Other than boiling or a spendy Softner, is there an alternative filter or something?

I lived in FL for 10 yrs. the water is full of sulfar so you need an Aerator to remove the sulfar.

Water goes up.. and water falls down back into a holding allowing the sulfar to 'air' off.
