It's time for a new belt for my Mini Sprint. Just curious to how you accurately measure the overall length of the belt without removing it? Unless someone would have an exact length of the standard mini sprint with an 8 ft chamber and stock infeed and outfeed would be. Any help is appreciated.

You could use rope (that doesn't stretch) to measure half accurately, then x2.

Thanks, I was trying to find a way to tape a string to the old one and run it through as straight as possible until it met up and then measure but I like your idea better.

From memory I think the belt length for a 8' heat chamber, 4'in and 4' out is 396" long.
If you need a quote, let me know we sell them !

You are right on the money with the length of 396" x 38" wide. Can you PM or email me at shirtshackandmore@yahoo.com with a quote?

in general, the length from the top of one roller to the other, times 2 of course, and you also have to add in half of the circumference of each roller...
