I know of no substitute for Nylobond other than the same product from other companies.
One possible suggestion might be to see if any of the goo at the bottom still seems usable and cut the container to get at it.
I have also noticed that often, it gets used when not absolutely necessary, like on non-waterproofed nylon jerseys.

Secondly, you may notice that the thread has been moved as we try to keep the Tips and Tricks section exclusively for actual tips and tricks rather than questions.

You can cut that block apart and sometimes there is good stuff in the center like a lava cake.

We keep our Nylon bonding agent in the refrigerator, take it out mornings we need to use it so it is room temperature when needed, then back in the fridge. Still doesn't last forever but does prolong its shelf life.

mine comes from the supplier with electrical tape wrapped around the lid and bottle , it lasts way longer that way IMO

The main thing is squeeze the air out.  The tape helps it hold a better seal.

That's mostly for shipping. The problem of this stuff drying up or setting, seems to come, as mk162 noted from air that enters the bottle as it gets emptier.
In an ideal world, the original container would be like the "accordion" bottles we used for photo chemicals. that could be compressed to eliminate the air pocket.
Otherwise, I do find that storing upside down does increase the life of the goo inside.
Plastic wood and other products that can easily dry out come this way.

There you go. Maybe we can repack in these.
