When using an incredibly flexible tool like Printavo, there are several out-of-the-box ways customers use the tool for their benefit. Today, we'd like to show you how you can easily remind your customers of their past orders and initiate a re-order.
These orders are the best because you quickly duplicate, order and process their order with minimal effort! Maybe even the artwork will stay the same...

We use this feature a lot but it always bites us in the ass by copying the original invoice creator instead of assigning the new order to the person who actually created/duplicated it.
So if I duplicate an order from a CSR who doesn’t work here anymore all the notification emails / stats go to that old user instead of to the person who really created the re-order. Just one more detail our team needs to watch for to avoid issues.

I reported this in June 2017 and was told the same thing - so I hope that’s actually true this time.
