Title: Chromaline UDC ACE emulsion
Post by: RICK STEFANICK on May 09, 2018, 10:09:50 AM
Thanks to some tech support from chromaline I have swithed to udc ace for my waterbase printing. I just ran 2000 units with 2 pinholes and no breakdown. no post exposure. The solid content is only 37 percent and its not really formulated for textile printing but seriously works great.

Is there a reason that you even were looking to change? Myself, a plastisol user, I'd be afraid to use such a low solids content as that can really contribute to the sawtoothing effect from mesh knuckles not being covered well.

Can`t go wrong with Image Mate DZ 343. Just finishing off 6000 pcs, 1 color front 7 colors back. No breakdown at all. Just the brown colors is a real downside to it;)
