Title: Rain Break and Bike ride!!

Finally the rain gave us a few hours of sunshine, so we pulled out the old bike and went for a ride, either I'm getting old and lazy or we need a new bike, I was tried as heck.  The humidity level is crazy high here also right now, looking for another hot summer in Alabama.

I feel your pain. I rode about 7 miles with my 10 year old Saturday. I'm still sore. I need to get out and get some more exercise on a regular basis!
