Title: cheapest next day air?

Overbooked myself with orders now this current job has to go next day air out of my pocket... who's the cheapest? FedEx, UPS or USPS for a case of shirts?

FedEx usually beats UPS in the rush game.

Get a biz account with FedEx or UPS and you'll get a better rate.

You might also try a 3PL provider.  Langham Logistics comes to mind but anyone who buys and resells (expedited) freight services would work.  Some will probably offer better discounts than others.
