I assume it would be advisable to use as well an emulsion that is suitable for discharge and waterbased printing for the screens that print the plastisol top colors on top of the discharge underbase?
We are talking here a run of 100 tees and we are a bit low on emulsion for waterbased inks. Was thinking T9 for the discharge base and then Chromalime for the plastisol top colors? Risky business or should be fine? Underbase is going to be flashed first.

As long as its fully flashed - you should be fine.
Even partially flashed, you "should" be fine with that volume.
You got the pricing figured out for getting the T9 in Japan?

Thanks. I`ll try it.
Yes T9 is coming from RiverCity Graphic Supply. At US$160/gallon it`s cheaper to get it from the States. Even with shipping via DHL it`s still a lot cheaper.

We use Saati PHU. Post exposed DC base screen. Hardened for runs above 500. Nothing extra for the plastisol screens except maybe some silicone spray on the bottoms for bigger runs.
