Awhile ago someone posted a video on how their shop keeps their auto running with quick change overs.
If I recall is was three guys tearing down and setting up.

That is some wicked crap.  The press taken down and setup in about 10min.  WTF!  Very impressive.

That is impressive!! But remember what goes into pre- press, staging, inks available, clean squeegies ready at the press etc makes it possible. The breakdown -set up is the easy part with tri-lock and direct to screen.
