An artist of mine got some art work for embroidery approved for something on a really short timeline. He did not understand the limitations of embroidery and included some really small text. ( about a tenth of an inch) I know that is too small and I can do a couple things to make it larger but it will still be a struggle. Who is the best at this type of digitizing?

I have used him too. Very good work but in terms of small text Quality Punch is the winner.

Another option is to dye sub it. Sew the entire shape of the logo in poly white thread, then dye sub all the elements. We have done this awesome results....It's actually pretty simple, you can do gradients, funky fonts -things are are almost impossible to sew...It requires another step on top of sewing, but it's such a simple process that it takes a lot of the difficulty out of it....just a thought
