50 shirts - Black Gildan 2000
Thanks in advance!

Probably not the way most people do it.
But we would print a solid base of orange with it a little choked back on the right side.
And then come back with a halftone green that doesn't actually stop, but goes 3 percent dot (adjust to your lowest percent dot you can hold consistent) all the way to the left.
That way you can avoid the line you would get if you were to just stop the halftones.
You could do this with discharge, or a discharge base (80% base / 20% premix white) and plastisol on top so your hand isn't super thick.

I think you are just going the get stuck with a line where the colors transition out. The orange and green are just to clean to get away with a 5% dot under it. If your customer is OK with it though, that would be the answer.
