Another time-saving tip. We used to think virtual assistants would delivery low-quality work. They're not at your office, probably overseas, and have an oddly low hourly cost.
Yet, if someone in your shop is manually inputting or converting data every week, this and other tasks can be great to outsource to a virtual assistant.
You can find VAs by posting a job on Upwork.com. In your job posting, be sure to include an example project that you'd give them to test their attention to detail.
