Title: 65% POLY 35% VISCOSE
Post by: downtowntshirts on November 27, 2018, 04:00:56 PM
We are having a real hard time getting this material to stick to the pallets. We are using textac and it just does not want to hold. Have any of you had any luck getting this type of material to stick to the pallet for screen printing?

Maybe TB-EZ from Tekmar. Designed for performance fabrics.

And needed to be re-applied often. Sorry to say but that's the same with mist/web. The benefit is cost of raw materials and machine/shop maintenance.

mist adhesive after every shirt. it sucks, but it works. we just came out of a season printing tons of these things. our presses are filthy with lint and gunk. we use sprayway 384 which is supposedly better for heat resistance. not sure if thats true, but ill believe the can!

Got in a sample of the tecmar TB-HV seemed to do the trick. Had to apply every 4 or 5 shirts.
Thanks Guys.

TB-HV? that's good stuff (my standard) but not the TB-EZ I (and they) recommended for this particular fabric.

I called the company directly and that's what was advised to me. The HV.

Interesting. When I spoke to someone (Australian accent) he confirmed my thought of the EZ which they designed for performance fabrics.
At any rate, the HV is my favorite, and quite aggressive, and used straight out of the bottle is pretty darn effective on most shirts.
