I got a sample gal of killerbase in just last year, today I had some time to test some more and my screen clogged up after about two prints. Now I was setting up a print and had it in the screen for a few minutes and it reacts like a waterbase ink, printing it thru a 180 mesh, but I will say the first print was very nice just what I was looking for, the second and third prints whew! so what am I doing wrong and what do I need to know or do to use this ink?

I add about 4 tablespoons of water to the gallon( magna does not recommend this but it works for me) then use 2 percent of the gel retarder. Drop your mesh to 160, use a triple durometor squeegie ( i like 70/90/70 but depending on the press, garment etc have used 75/90/75) double stroke is a must and recommended. also dont pour in a ton of ink. add like a quart and manage it ,add as needed. that should get you rolling past the frustration level.
