Saati have a good two part glue, what I like about it is that if you remesh it is quite easy to peel off the old mesh.

Saati Finish WU2: http://literature.saatiexpress.com/blockouts/finish_wu2_a_b.pdf (http://literature.saatiexpress.com/blockouts/finish_wu2_a_b.pdf)
Been using this product as permanent blockout for areas on the mesh where tape would go & it works great. It has a 1 hour pot life after mix so you have to either pre-prep well and/or work fast so you don't waste product.
Also used these with good results:

Saati have a glue that is basically the same as the Kiwo mentioned, they are both for gluing the mesh to the frame. Not much difference between them.
The Saati Finish WU2 is for sealing the mesh so you don't have to use tape.
