Title: MHM - 6 Screens Zero Micro
Post by: 1964GN on February 07, 2020, 02:09:07 PM
This video is from a few minutes ago. First sample was dead on. While not every job is dead on like this one, 99 percent are. Sop far we are extremely happy!

Ours is 15+ years old, keep your maintenance up. Nice presses indeed.

Cools downs. I question where or not they are effective.

In the past, I've used fan cool-downs when there was either an issue with ink tackiness, or ink acting up in the subsequent screens due to the residual heat. Have you had these issues?

We used them a lot on the ROQs but are finding that we don't really need them on the MHM's. We do have some ink that are pretty tacky but we don't seem to have the sticking problem like we did before.
