we just bought a used unit, the price was right so I pulled the trigger.
Does anybody know anything about these? There is about nothing on the manufacturer's web site. no manual, diagram or anything.
How well does it work? It uses a dip tank system. Not sure if that's a plus or a minus, it could go both ways.
any info would be appreciated, including, " You moron, what did you do? That's a piece of JUNK!" even though I have to admit am hoping for something slightly more positive.
thanx,
pierre

At one point I had a very similar unit from image technology. Imo they build super super solid equipment and some of the best reclaim systems I’ve ever seen were engineered by image technology. Depending on your chemistry setup you’ll potentially have some testing to do there but overall if you got a decent price it should save a fair amount of time and make the reclaim area quality of life much better. Since adding automated equipment to our screen department we’ve had zero turn over as the guys we have in pre/post press enjoy those jobs now..... I’d hit up Alex M and have him suggest some chemistry as that’s usually the key to making it run well for your workflow.
