I get this about 2 to 3 times a month. The formatting is the same the email and names are always different. A company locally sent them shirts and was never paid. (credit card was no good or somthing.) It was a few years ago and was for alot more than 1000 shirts. The amount they ask for has gone way done in the last year. I get them for 600 shirts alot now. They always want white shirts???

As to how it works....
Sometimes they are looking for a "tender fee"
You are expected to pay to activate their invoice/contract.
In the case below, they asked for a wire transfer of $750 to activate the Purchase order.
