Title: harco 2408 dryer $500.00

I am going to get a harco uc2408 for $500.00 unless someone can tell me why its a bad idea. Belt is new all heating panels work one replaced last year, owner said no issues and will deliver to my door. Whatcha think?

I think if he's for real you're getting a screamin deal.  Brown has a reconditioned one on their site for 3K that looks like dog poop.

It was on craigslist he sent a ton of pictures and I googled his phone number back to his shop so it all seems on the up and up.

I had 2 harco dryers, they will break down but you'll learn pretty quickly how to work on them. The wires in the runway channel run too hot. paid 500.00 per dryer used. If it's your first dryer its a good deal but save up for a better one. Keep extra high temp wire around and ceramic wire nuts.
