Hey a couple years back someone posted that they had replaced their dryer belt with a different company than the usual. Not M&R or Roq or Action or any of them it was some company that I think had "Green" in the name maybe? I did a search but couldn't find it. Does anyone remember this? Thank you!

we got our last dryer belt from Tony at CGS.
-
Might have been me but I can't remember the name either!
Paging Frog who I think told me about them originally.
-
looked through my list of suppliers and this one seems to fit the bill

1+ for Tony at CGS. Great price, no complaints about quality.
-
It's been a while, but I think we went AWT last time, but the Greenbelting name rings a bell too.

I'll note here and now that when you go to replace the belt make sure the flap that covers the lacing is facing the right
direction before you get to go through the arduous task of fishing it through the dryer twice.
-
I wish our belt had a flap that covered that rippin' hot alligator lacing.

I wish we did not cut ours off after installing it the wrong way. (was pretty beat up on a used dryer).

Lol, I did the same thing and had to cut the flap off. I ended up having to order a new one and re-install but I paid closer attention to which way the flap would have to go through on the 2nd one.

So I have a brand new in the box belt that I purchased when we installed our current dryer. We totally routed the shitty old belt wrong and did an equally crap job of seaming it together. We figured it would be weeks before it fell apart....I think that was 5 years ago now, the belt just keeps hanging on.

I know, right? Those things are pretty indestructible! We had one with holes half the belt width and it just kept on going. The heating element died before the belt quit.

I got a belt the these guys.
Have used Green Belt as well, I think the Green Belt crocodile clip I received was better.
By the way the old belt works well on the barbeque. Stops the meat sticking.
I think we can sell small pieces for the barbeque for more than what it cost us.

Maxie make certain it is Food Grade material, the ones i have for BBQ are straw colored and are amazing for grilling veggies on the Que.
