Title: Tacana D question

I bought a couple used Tacana D flashes and they did not come with a manual.  I was curious on if someone knows if I can set these up not to start from 0 on the intensity and have these start at say 10-20 instead so they're always a little bit on?  If so can you look in your manual for how to...or if not just drop a reply that it's not possible.  These have the square control panel with the rubber buttons F1-F4.  I was shown how to change the intensity to the upper limit but other than that I'm green.

Thank you.  The serial # is 040771590T and 040771591T.
